It’s about saying sorry. It’s about exploring the natural world.</p>



<p>It’s a historical record, a truth-telling, of a place that holds special meaning for many generations.</p>



<p>In 1933 at the “Blacks Camp” at Salt Pan Creek, in Sydney Australia, Joe Anderson (“King Burraga”) gave a nationwide broadcast to the Australian public, addressing issues of inequality.</p>



<p>Years later, I discover, this occurred on the land where I grew up…</p>

Reintroducing predators can help to rebalance ecosystems.<br><br>Aldo Leopold&nbsp;is generally credited with first describing the mechanism of a trophic cascade, based on his observations of overgrazing of mountain slopes by deer after human extermination of wolves. <br><br>A classic example of a terrestrial trophic cascade is the reintroduction of&nbsp;gray wolves&nbsp;(<em>Canis lupus</em>) to&nbsp;Yellowstone National Park. This example of a trophic cascade is vividly shown and explained in the viral <a href="https://blog.ted.com/video-how-wolves-can-alter-the-course-of-rivers/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">video </a>&#8220;How Wolves Change Rivers&#8221;.</p>
